Umm no. Not even close to it. I won't say anymore cause this is pretty much nothing but bullcrap. So you can play DQ4 on the PSP? How about CastleVania Order of Eclesia? Or any of the DS CV games?

Power Rangers Super Legend - It has a good RPG and it is challenging to say at the least. I am still working to defeat this one level.

Honestly, the DS has the superior game library. Half of the games on the PSP are either ports or re-makes, or sequils/prequils. Not a lot of original material on there I have a PSP and it just sits there...collecting dust

Anyways, here's what I'd recommend:

Luminous Arc 2(Decent SRPG, you don't need to play the first game to understand it)
The World Ends With You
Megaman ZX

There is one down side to the DS. You cannot play most of the old cartridges of from second verison of the gameboy and SP.
