NBA 2013-2014 Season Discussion Thread

A few tidbits on NBA Coaches:

Ty Corbin out as Utah coach, and Mike Woodson has been booted by the Knicks. Meanwhile, Rick Adelman decides to vacate the Minnesota coaching chair for some sweet retirement.

Only a matter of time before Larry Drew and Mike D'Antoni find themselves facing the same chopping block as Corbin and Woodson.

Watching the last 4 mins and OT of the Bulls/Wizards game must be depressing for Bulls fans. The Bulls couldn't make any shots all. They had their chances but couldn't capitalize while the Wizards did everything. That Bulls lineup of Hinrich, Augustin, Butler, Gibson and Noah is a good defensive lineup but it was severely lacking shooters. Where the hell was Dunleavy? The Bulls are down and I dont think they can come back.

The Pacers destroyed the Hawks as they should so no surprise. But that celebrating at the end of the 3rd quarter was not necessary for a #1 seed. This team needs to focus and be serious if they think they can beat the Heat in the ECF. Lastly, the Raptors evened up the series against the Nets and it was a good game. Derozan came through for the team to make up for Game 1. I think what was even more cooler was to see a whole crowd of Raptors fans outside the arena celebrating after the win.

About Donald Sterling...I agree. He's been the Clippers curse for the longest time.

As For D'Antoni....I think this is the most dignified way he could leave. I mean...given how badly the Lakers performed this year....Everyone and their mothers knew that he wasn't gonna come back as Lakers' head coach, orphen.

Pardon the Double-post, but...

DAAAAAYUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DID YOU JUST SEE THAT BUZZER BEATER BY DAMIAN LILLARD??????

Yeah that game winner was sick. I felt bad for the Rockets though as they did everything they could to extend the series into one more game. Usually being in a situation with 0.9 seconds left, the team that is leading should win. But Lillard's shot was unbelievable. This year's First Round of the Playoffs has been awesome! Possibly the best of all-time.

The Heat and Spurs are on a collision course for a Finals rematch. Unless the Pacers and Thunder can prevent that from happening.

It really is a rematch and I'm afraid the Heat will win 3rd NBA Championship trophy in a row with Lebron's 3rd ring.
