My Hana Cosplay Construction Begins!

So I have recently acquired 98% of my supplies for my Hana cosplay. (the missing 2% is wig and lace, both easily acquired so I am not too concerned at the moment) Since I am a bit under the weather today I don't plan on beginning construction until Monday or even Tuesday (which happens to be my day off) But I wanted to share with everyone what I have so far.

The shoes I purchased. which I think are pretty damn close if not the same shoes just with different bows. Thankfully they are clip ons so I am going to make black ones to replace those.

Fabrics purchased for Jacket, Bodice, and Skirt. The bodice fabric was the closest I could find to what she has....I am such a stickler for detail so I am not very happy with it. If I end up finding something closer in the meantime I will get it, But for now it is this.

Close up on the print on the Skirt fabric, pretty damn close to the real thing too. Yea thats right, Hana has a print on her skirt, bet you all didn't even know!


Heres the wig I plan on purchasing real soon.

And also just for fun I will be running around with my Den-o belt. :anime:

I plan on having this completed and debuting at this years Youmacon. I'll be posting my progress for everyone. Let me know what you think so far!
