Yeah, and it's great. there's some seriously talented guys working on fan made projects like DC Vs. Marvel, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 and Marvel Vs. Capcom: Eternity of Heroes.

Can someone post detailed info on where to get the program and how to import these characters? I've never been able to find that info on any of the MUGEN sites I find.

Plus, any good sites to find characters would be great.

Go to Hosted Characters. You'll find Ruby Heart, Hayato, and Tron Bonne from MVs.C, and Vs. Versions of Rose, Sakura and Karin from Street Fighter Alpha. All done by Beximus. He's working on doing about 40 Capcom characters now.
