Most Overrated Tokusatsu

Yeah, this is a thread that you can't put a poll for. You have to let them decide, because you can't cover ALL Tokus. So this was a stupid idea.

But if I could put my own. I'd put Ultraman Mebius and the Ultraman Brothers. I thought it was a bad movie; the story was linear the way I like it, the effects bombed, and on top of it all the ending was anticlimactic. That finisher from Mebius was silly, mostly because none of the effort from the other Ultras was needed if all you had to do was yank the chick from the monster's chest :rolleyes2:

Personally, most of the newer Kamen Riders are overrated to me.

I'm torn between Jetman and Gekiranger. Don't get me wrong, I like both a lot, but both are far from perfect. Vyram's ridiculous monsters cost Jetman a few points. Plus, I just never thought it was the sh!t like most pepole did. The entire Genjyuken arc felt pinned on in Gekiranger. In the end I have to pick Gekiranger, sorry to its fans.

Whatever is the year's current series. People raved about Kabuto, people raved about Den-O, and people rave about Kiva even when it's a train wreck.
