Mortal Kombat Talkback & Details on Standard and Special Editions

I rented the game 2 days ago.
Odd, but I'm not complaining!

I loved the game, they didn't dissapoint at all.
It has traces of DCU in it, but still delivers.

The story mode was really enjoyable. And you also get a helluva lot of koins by beating it.

Let's try it online, now.

EDIT: What is this Kombat Pass krap?

I'm enjoying the game for the nostalgia feel to it.....It's good to see them go back to what made them great - Gruesome Fatalities.

My only gripe is the AI level during Story Mode and other Modes as well. It just seems like that it's easier for them to pull off moves while my character is just acting plain dumb.

Rented it and have been playing through story mode for the last few hours with friends. This game has since utterly sold itself and I will be purchasing it next payday.

I L-O-V-E the open-endedness of the fighting engine. There are tricks that can be done here that I could never have imagined in my wildest MK dreams. I'm SO glad they realized they were on the right track with MKDC's engine. Also, fatalites are back and for the first time since 1995, I'm actually grossed out by them again. Just wow.

And FINALLY. A fighting game with some single-player content. I really was getting tired of these games being worthless unless you had friends over 24/7.

The kicker: THEY'RE ACTUALLY PATCHING BUGS AND INFINITES AS THEY'RE FOUND.

I hope this game sells buckets. They deserve it.

Just from the opening cinematic, you could tell that Ed Boon was really trying to say "Yeah, we're sorry for DA through Armageddon; here you go."

Just played it last night. I don't think I've had this much fun with an MK game since MK3, and that's saying something.
