This goes back during MK vs. DC where fans wanted the VAs from the DCAU to do the DC characters. Instead, we got the Aniplex VAs.:sweat:

You know, if we got Englund cracking a few jokes in MK9, he could've rivaled North's fourth wall breaking in MVC3.
