“Oh it’s you Miss Kari… I wasn’t expecting to find you so soon†Jiiya said and looked over to what Kari was eating. “How can she eat that…?†Jiiya said quietly slipping an envelope under Kari’s hand. Her eyes trailed toward the Television to see that the news was over and it was in commercial. There she saw her master Princess Alouet in commercial. Jiiya sighted and removed her glasses and scarf. “Miss Kari, why don’t you return to the upper colony, I’ve found you like this for a while now… the Mistress Nicole misses you so much… and she might need you the most right nowâ€

“And miss Kari you can call me Rosie… we known each other for a long time, you grew up with mistress Nicole…and Well I’m worried†Rosie said with a sad voice She’s going to meet him today....I know they have some feeling for eachother but...Im ust not so sure... what do you think Miss Kari?â€

Back at Young Blood HQ....

Leon was busy shouting order in all directions as the preparations for their next raid . The Liberty, which was in it's mobile armor mode was having an outer shell placed on it in order to make it look just like an Olympus shuttle, just to make getting in all that easier while the other Gundams, including the Vega which Kari had placed in their care for when she wasnt using it, were being serviced. It was almost given that combat would be occuring, after all if the info Jiiya delivered to him was accurate, the security around this new warship known as the "Acheron" would be large and powerful, hell they may have a few ace pilots there as well.

"Come on people we gotta get these machines ready for some serious action here, if were lucky that ship might come with a few mobile suits too!!" Leon yelled to his comrades while a white spherical object floated up behind him and landed on his shoulder. The object was easily recognizable as a customized Haro with a Gundam-like V antenna, a widely owned robotic "pet" of sorts that was affordable by people of most classes, and because of that they became somewhat useful to the Young blood's cause as the could be used to transport short messages to other operatives without much suspicion. In addition Leon's actually had a hidden communication device which allowed him to send transmissions to his informants whenever he needed to.

Leon leaned up against a wall of the hide out before thumbing through the files yet again. "Man this is an impressive ship, not too large but certainly not small either, pretty good mobile suit capacity and stealth technology, if we got our hands on this we could leave this junk pit and use it as a mobile base." he said to himself as he continued reading the files.

Kari was rather surprised to find out the true identity of her and Leon's trusted informant: Rosie, the same woman that served her whenever she came with her father over to the Alouet residence. However, a feeling of sadness came over her as Jiiya/Rosie implored her to return to the upper colonies. "You know I can't go back, Rosie. Not with the way things are. Many of the aristocrats still believe that I perished along with my family after their soldiers pelted our mansion with bullets," Kari told Rosie, her voice quivering with sorrow. Her focus then shifted from Rosie to the television, which began to show another ad featuring Princess Alouet. That's right.....we used to play together when we were kids.....and now she's a beautiful girl engaged to the son of a military top brass..... Kari wistfully thought to herself, her eyes glued to the television screen.

"Miss... Kari... I'm sure the aristocrats...have forgotten by now, you could just have a different name and even work with me in the manor, it's better then being out here Miss" Rosie tried her best to plea with Kari, she knew that it probably would not work but she must try she search her head in and out for a reason for Kari to return to Orchid with her.

"Llisten miss Kari, Mistress Nicole's fiance is a conscript solider but now he's an officer and that's not due to his father's military status but ... well they don't allow conscript soldier to advanced in rank like that, this is a sign that Olympus is changing.... even if it's slowly and only a little in certain areas.." Rosie's argument wasn't really good , she had to much on her mind.

"You know miss Kari.... if I may ask... what do you think of Lieutenant Tatsuki Kaisen... Mistress's fiance I'm sure you've seen him on the news lately" Rosie asked grabbing Kari's hands and holding them to try to get her full attention.

Kari, beginning to feel the pain Rosie felt in her years of exile, gently released her hands from Rosie's grip. "Based on what I've seen in the news, Lieutenant Kaisen seems to be a respectable young man, well-worthy of winning Princess Alouet's heart. For some reason, though, I have an uneasy feeling with the engagement between the two. Something that doesn't feel right..." Kari told Rosie, maintaining a frown of melancholy. Although she could not explain it, she felt that the union between her best friend and a conscript soldier-turned-Lieutenant was a ploy for the young soldier's father to gain political clout.

Upon expressing her opinion about Nicole's engagement with Tatsuki, Kari reached into her jacket and pulled out an advanced semi-automatic pistol -- the same kind issued to many of the soldiers in Olympus -- and laid it on the table for Rosie to see. "This desolate, rundown city is the only place I have that I can call home. The aristocrats have forgotten my name, simply because they chose to. Just a few more reasons why I cannot return....at least not now......" Kari added, the look on her face switching from sadness to raw determination.

Ken heard Leon giving orders to get everything ready for their next mission so he decided to get the last of the gundams a good working so nothing goes bad on the next mission. "Okay lets see. If I flip this." He said working on the last gundam, his own as the power started up. "Okay that's the last of them meaning we're ready for a fight. Hopefully we wont have to though." He said to one of the other mechanics then got out of the Thrust Gundam's cockpit.

Rosie maintained her sad look and depressed tone, She gave Kari a hug and held her as if Kari was her own child. " I still remember the old days where you were just a little girl who wanted to learn how to plant flowers, and be a perfect lady" Rosie began to cry a little. She misses Kari very much "I just wish that things didn't have to be this way" She then let go and wiped away her tears.

"The Princess's marriage... Is somewhat for political reasons... but there no doubt that she has some feelings for the young lieutenant, I would rather see her married to someone with some experience of hardship then a snobby prince of another royal family" A big man that stood behind Rosie spoke quietly for the girls to here

"Crowley..." Rosie turned around and spoke to her, master's and her body guard, Crowley is the person who makes sure that Rosie delivers the information safely.

"Miss Kari We must go, beside I like to meet Lieutenant Tatsuki....but please stay safe and if you do choose to go with this operation, please make sure of mistress Nicole's safety..." Rosie said remembering that the space port isn't located to far from the Manor and the more busier streets of the colony, if fighting broke out the princess would surely be in danger.

Rosie got up and wave good bye, but Crowley stood still and handed Kari a white ball the size of a soft ball. "Miss Kari this is a Haro you can set it to what ever color you like and it's a way for us to keep in touch, from now on we're going to call you a different name so not to reveal your identity...So now we bid you farewell miss Shion..." Crowley said and left with Rosie out of the restaurant.

Back on Orchid,

Tatsuki counted the Roses he bought with an enormous amount of money.

"My salary doesn't really support this and I could of probably done something better with that money" Tatsuki Sighed As he rode the car he watched the scenery, if there was one thing that the upper colony had that everyone could like it's the fact that the nature is well preserved. Plants and trees from Earth are raised here. As the Car approached the gate. Tatsuki pulled out his dog tags from his Neck, on the chain is a ring which is right next to his tags. He removed the ring and his black glove that was part of the uniform and placed the ring on his finger he then placed the dog tags back on his neck.

Tatsuki smiled and then let out a small laugh " yeah that's right.. I'm nervous"

Overseeing the maintenance of the Gladiator's wasn't exactly the most exciting job, so Akemi went to one of the spaceport's break rooms to get something to snack on. Man...this assignment is boring...it's better than having to deal with the Young Bloods, but... Reaching the break room, she noticed some mechanics on break watching a program on television. The mechanics bolted up upon seeing her and Akemi was a bit embarrassed. "Uh, stand down...I'm just here to get a snack...besides I'm only an Ensign..." Having a clear view of the TV now, she could see what they were watching and she nearly lost control of her excitement. "Ohhh....I watch this show all the time! Princees Alouet is so good in this!" The mechanics just gave the red-haired woman a puzzled look as she went on like some fangirl. "It's so tragic though...she falls in love with someone that has to go off to war and waits for his return...all the while trying to refuse the advances of another man..." She then snapped out of her trance, remembering her original purpose in here. "Um...better get that snack..." After getting something from a vending machine in the break room, she left the room with the two mechanics going back to their break. "That's an Olympus Noble?" One of the mechanics said to his still puzzled colleague.

Nicole had arrived back at the manor and was now deciding on what to wear for her meeting with Tatsuki. How should I go? I'm going to be his wife so maybe something more low key and not as regal? She looked through her dresses and found a few that looked presentable to her eyes. After what seemed like forever for Nicole, she finally decided on a white day dress with a long flowing skirt, though it still had some regal flair to it. After she finished dressing, one of her servants entered the room and with some news. "Your Highness, the car with Lieutenant Tatsuki will be here shortly." This was it. In a few moments, Nicole would finally meet Tatsuki in person. "I'll be waiting in the garden...inform Tatsuki of that when he arrives." The servant bowed respectfully and left the Princess. She soon got up and headed towards her garden and it didn't take long for her to reach it. Among all the beautiful flowers and trees, Nicole waited patiently, reassuring herself that she wasn't nervous...

Tatsuki arrived at the manor’s front gate, it was a beautiful place. A white tall manor stood in the center while some big structures stood to its sides, water fountains and a big water structure; lead the way to the front door. This really was the closest thing to a palace for a noble. Many of these manors are found throughout colony orchid but the Alouet was the biggest, complete with its own lake on the rear side of the manor.

Tatsuki was somewhat intimidated by the size of the place, he wasn’t sure of what to say and was very speechless. Suddenly the car stopped, after thinking that they have reach the front door he notices that they stopped at a big structure that looks like it was part of the manor but it was actually a mobile suit hanger. And the car just stopped so that some mobile suits can get out.

“Amazing that they still use these old types...they’re not even the conscript models†Tatsuki said as he sees the old Barbarian in Royal Guard armaments walk out of the hangars. Tatsuki stuck his head out to see inside the hangar and he saw some others inside as well painted in Green and some in Gray inside as well. “They even have two commander types….priceless antiques…†Tatsuki said in amazement to see two gray royal guards fitted with a command antenna. In total there were 2 hangers in the manor each holding 4 mobile suits. His majesty Alouet must not to too concern about the Gundams to guard this manor with old mobile suits. Ever since the Gundamjack which happened recently. Many of the nobles have stationed many soldiers with the latest equipments in there manors a bit paranoid.. That’s the way I think about it then again those new suits are to replace the colony guard battalions….funny how they’re not replacing the manor guards as well. Tatsuki thought, he wasn’t sure of the Gundam and the organization which control them motif but he was sure it’s not to harm the colony. He wasn’t too worried about Orchid, since it was well protected and there was also the fact that his team was at the dock. We have a Gundam here as well…Since I saw Akemi I’m sure her unit is here as well… though I heard she only had a couple of sorties in the unit…she might be better off in her old gladiator…of course I can’t second guess her she a skillful Ace to be given such a unit, Even I didn’t get one for obvious reasons. But what’s really interesting is if that other ship in the dock, that was covered had any mobile suits on it, probably nothing more then 2 or none. Deep in though as he reminisce about the many question he had in his head.

“Sir we have arrived†The driver announced as they reached the front gate. Tatsuki exited the car to be greeted by the guardsmen of the manor who saluted him. Tatsuki saluted back and went on ahead to enter the manor.

“Welcome to Her majesty’s manor she is in the garden sir, I don’t believe she is expecting you†a servant Lucy spoke to Tatsuki. Tatsuki returned a smile and went along to the garden where the servant pointed.

“Who’s that?†Another servant Anita asked Lucy as she walked into the room. “Oh…well that’s him.. Mistress’s Fiance… Lieutenant Tatsuki†she sighed distracted in her own thought. “ ARE YOU SEROUS!!†Anita said in excitement. “I KNOW!†Lucy replied “what a looker… well deserving to the Mistress†Anita said with excitement.

Tatsuki arrived in the garden, full of flowers and trees. There he stared spechless at the princess hat stood before him. She stared back and let of a soft smile.

“so we finally meet…. Tatsuki†Nicole spoke softly

Tatsuki was still speechless after seeing Nicole for the first time. Sure they kept in touch with one another since the engagement was announced, but it was one thing to talk to each other via phone and another to actually see each other in person. To break his silence, Tatsuki decided to lighten things up a little. "Well, I got you roses but it looks like you have a whole garden of them, haha." This made the two of them laugh a little and Tatsuki walked over and offered his Roses to Nicole. As she reached out to them, she noticed the engagement ring on her finger and Tatsuki's ring on his finger as well. That's right...this is going to be forever...I'm not disappointed, though...Tatsuki seems nice. "Thank you , Tatsuki. I may have a garden of roses, but it's the thought that counts." Accepting the flowers, she noticed that Tatsuki had one other present he was holding. "Oh...what's in there, Tatsuki?" Tatsuki smiled and opened the lid, revealing a small, round object with eyes. "Oh, that's a Haro, right?" Tatsuki smiled. "Yes, yes it is, your highness."

The small white spherical robot chimed in it's usual happy tone. "Princess Nicole! Princess Nicole!" Haro's were common robots that were popular among the nobles and people in general among the upper colonies. Nicole was a bit disappointed, however. Your...highness? But I'm going to be his wife... "Tatsuki, can you drop the formalities, please? We can use our regular names...so call me Nicole." Tatsuki felt a bit ashamed. "Oh...sorry." Nicole put on a smile, however. "Don't worry about it, just don't make that mistake again, ok? Haha..." Tatsuki got out of his funk and returned the smile. "Well, I hope you enjoy these presents.." Nicole then made a suggestion. "How about we sit down and have some tea? We can't stand up the whole time right?" Tatsuki chuckled. "Of course not, heh." The two then went off to do just that.
