o2000 NC (Neo Century) a time in which a decaying earth has been abandoned and humanity lives on within colonies that continually drift within the solar system. For a long time it was peaceful enough until a shift in power arrived, backed by the power of hundreds of Mobile Suits, a shift in power that led to the oppression and subjugation of the lower class citizens that lived in the colonies under government officials and higher class citizens, known as Olympus.

For years this has gone unapposed as the oppressed colonies remain under constant watch from the fleets of mobile suits with the constant threat of being blasted into space dust being held over them. But one group has become dissatisfied with this life,the Young Bloods, and have been secretly planned the theft of a group of highly advanced mobile suits which they intend to use to strike back and liberate those forced under the control of this tyrannical government.

((I know its a fairly short plot, but its no fun to reveal all the cards in my hand already.))

Gundams:
The experimental mobile suits which posses capabilities and weaponry beyond those of other mobile suits. 8 of which were made and only 5 of which were captured by the Young Bloods.

GX-176 "Liberty" Gundam: Piloted by Leon Zeronix

A Gundam Series Mobile suit with the unique ability to transform into a highpowered star fighter.

GX-177 "Vega" Gundam: Piloted by Kari Ixnus

Another Gundam series mobile suit that can be equipped with the experimental "Fin Funnel" system which allows it to control a series of bit like drones that fly around and attacke independantly

GX-178 "Thrust" Gundam: Piloted by Mizuki Kagoshima

A Gundam series mobile suit designed with optimum mobility and manueverability, focuses mostly on hit and run tactics with its various long ranger and close range weapons

GX-179 "Gladius" Gundam: available

A Gundam with the purpose of unarmed fighting in mind, has a special "Overdrive" mode which tiples its capabilities and power consumption for a limited amount of time


GX-180 "Mushra" Gundam: Piloted by Adrian Blues

A Gundam that specializes in sword fighting with its specially designed Vibro Katana, a blade which vibrates at high speeds allowing it to slice through most mobile suits like butter. In addition it can use the "Hikari Tsubasa" system to generate a pair of "wings of light," allowing for high-speed movement. During this high speed movement, the wings of light scatter Mirage Colloid particles to create afterimages of the suit in the surrounding area.

A special mobile suit reserved for only elite soldiers

A mass produced Mobile Suit used by regular soldiers

Another old relic, generally only used for simple guard duty

History: A young man who grew up in this age of opression who has seen alot of suffering in his time, he has seen friends,family and many others have their spirits broken under the iron fist of Olympus and it had got to the point where he just couldnt take seeing this suffering any longer and thus he formed the Young Bloods, a group of other individuals who were also tired of all that was going on. For a while they werent able to do much, a few bombings here and there and some mobile suit sabotages, but nothing to really do any significant damage. But after intercepting information on several new and powerful mobile suits that is all about change....

Personality wise he is a good guy that just wishes to end the suffering that is going on, but it seems that he takes his job a bit too seriously and is more than a little single minded about it. His single mindedness though has caused him to let some of the better things in life pass him by as he continues to pursue his cause causing him to grow more and more anti social towards others. With the aquisition of the Liberty Gundam he has been even more focused on his goals of liberating the colonies from the Olympus government.

History: A genetically and cybernetically enhanced member of the Olympus military force whose enhanced abilities allowed him to rapidly rise through the ranks and become the commander of an elite force of Olympus operatives known as the War Gods. Other than these facts little to no information is available about him, even his face and age are complete mysteries to those around him.

History: The son of the infamous Jonathan Blues, the head of several organised crime rings, Adrian showed no interest in his father’s business, apart from the occasional bit of puff. He grew up bored and unfulfilled, never bothering with the shallow friends that high society produced. At the age of sixteen, Adrian was taken aside and inducted into the top secret Praxidike Agency, an organisation dedicated to colonial harmony and the apparent downfall of Olympus. Finally given an exciting new purpose in life, Adrian’s eyes were opened, and he gladly agreed to become the pilot of the Gundam “Mushra.†While he lives his own life in the open, Adrian has become the Agency’s trump card against their enemies, whether Young Blood or Olympus.

Praxidike Agency: A mysterious secret society named after the ancient Greek goddess of justice, the Praxidike Agency have been working towards harmony between all colonies for years, but with the arrival of the Olympus government, they have become something akin to political radicals, favouring political deception and infiltration over the terrorist tactics of the Young Bloods. Occasionally, the Praxidike Agency employ brute force against aggressors, some gifted with and trained in the use of covertly built Mobile Suits. It is rumoured that all members wear teardrop-shaped earrings, but considering even their existence is debatable, this information must be taken with a grain of salt.

Affiliation: Neutral

Bio: An attractive young woman who currently made her home in the colonies, Kari was a member of the once-prestigious Ixnus family, a well-known aristocratic family that pushed for the creation of the space colonies. However, such prestige is fleeting, as the Ixnus clan began to disagree with the other elite families on the treatment of the lower class citizens, believing that the lower class deserve the same equal treatment as the elite. One fateful night, Kari would bear witness as government soldiers broke into their mansion, and began to massacre her family, merely because they did not share the beliefs the other Aristocratic families held.

Soon enough, the mere mention of the name "Ixnus" became taboo among the upper class, and any trinket associated with the family was considered trash. Since then, Kari grew up as a drifter, hitching a ride from spacecraft to spacecraft searching for a roof to live in, as well as a decent meal to fill her stomach. Hitching a ride in one spacecraft, however, Kari discovered that she had happened upon the elite's military spacecraft. Dashing from corridor to corridor to avoid detection by the armed guards, she would find the military's most important cargo: a mobile suit known as a "Gundam". Seeking to escape the ship, she immediately hopped into the cockpit of the Gundam -- the GX-177 Vega -- and activated it, to the surprise of the crew of the ship. Knowing that the armed soldiers were no match for her in the Gundam, she opened a hole in the docking bay door with the Gundam's sword, and blasted off into deep space, eventually returning to the colonies where she would meet Leon Zeronix and the Young Bloods.

Personality wise, Kari is the 'big sister' type -- a young woman who would look out for the farewell of others. She considers Leon to be somewhat naive, and is greatly annoyed by his selfless actions, believing that he would one day get killed unless he changes his ways.

Also...does the Vega Gundam get any projectile weapons, such as blasters?

The Vega has the standard Gundam weapons which include blasters, and it's special weapon sorta counts as projectile(Its like th DRAGOON system from Gundam SEED.

With the exception of the Mushra and the Gladius they all come pre-equipped with the standard weaponry pretty much, but for the Mushra and Gladius weapons like those are optional equipment.
