Yeah.... Miley say a lot of things, but unlike some naive 12 year old, I don't buy her **** for a second.

I'm relatively certain it's legit, given Miley's track record. She's already had cosmetic surgery done to that messed up grill of hers.

There is a difference between plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery. Meaning, fixing something (What she had done) and having something implanted (Implants, such as breasts, chins, etc.) are 2 totally different things.
 
You're talking to someone who is pre-med, so I know the difference. I'm referring to her lying and scandalous track record. Regardless, reconstructive surgery is where it all starts, it's a gateway.
