Michael Bay’s production company, Platinum Dunes, has signed on to reboot Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

He's only co-producing, not directing.

Nickelodeon sister company Paramount will be distributing.

Matt Holloway and Art Marcum (writers for Iron Man and Punisher War Zone) were reportedly signed to write the screenplay, but have been replaced by Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec, who wrote MI4.

That's as far as it's gone. No director or cast.
