Megaman 9

Megaman 7-8 had 16 bit(or something) sprites..... it just doesn't make sense IMO..

Also a sequel to one of Capcom's biggest series on Wii ware..? :eyebrow:

This isn't really an answer to the question, but Mega Man fans give Mega Man 2 the most praise, and we wanted to surpass that. We weren't thinking about how 9 would look after 8, but how it would look following 1 or 2. We wanted to put out a fun game that gets back to basics.

That's kinda what I like about the man; he thinks outside of the box. And as long as it's Megaman in gameplay and in spirit (Star Force what?), then it will be a must buy for me.

Well the Wii-ware is just as good as any venue for selling a downloadable title as XBL Marketplace, or PSN...

I really like the idea of returning to the retro feel for games. I'll be buying this the second it is released.
