He doesn't seem to have said why videogames are for "pedos". So maybe he just wanted to say he didn't like videogames but overdid it abit by using the word "pedos" as an insult towards people who play videogames (in a similar way of using the word "Gay" or "Stupid"), or maybe he was reffering to those Japanese Hentai lolicon games.

Either way, it all sounds pretty stupid to me.
