1. I don't "mod my box," or rip games, or download games, nor do I really know anyone that does. This theory is obviously incorrect. I rent games to see if I like them and I buy them if so. You know, the legal way. Guess I'm weird.

I caught WWE Afterburn this afternoon and they showed the game for the Slam of the week recap and they still pumped it for XBox Live use. Big mistake.

The more information I get on this game the warier of it, I become. After reading Alex Lucard's review of it. I've been convinced NOT to get this one.

To hell with the patch.
1. At this time. It's only available to X-Box Live users which doesn't represent the majority of X-Box owners. For the record, I don't have X-Box Live and thus can't get the patch.
2. This is a console game. Patches may be common place for the PC market but it's practically unheard of in the more mainsteam console userbase. There shouldn't have been a need for a patch in the first place. When someone buys a game, it should be playable from the start. They shouldn't have to go online or elsewhere to get a file to fix a game that shouldn't have been sold broken in the first place.
