Unfortunately, I don't know how to download stuffs that are not in mpeg.

Simple, just click on the link, save it to anywhere you want in your harddrive and watch it download. Just like you do with other files, WMV, MPEG, MP3, etc..
Or is it that your computer can't play AVI files? Well I don't know why it wouldn't but..
Can it play WMV files? If so I can try and convert it to a WMV file.
Otherwise, try converting it with the SUPER program.
