Sooo anyone want to guess just what Xaviax is?.. Is he a alien or just a rider or what?.. Was he human once & turned into something else orrr?... Anyone want to take a guess ?... Maybe he is king of the ventara monsters or some such hmm?...

I think it was Kamen Rider Torque, but it may have also been Friend Or Foe.

And he wasn't talking about Ventara because he already took the people from Ventara.

Agreed! He is an alien with a ton of darkness. General Xaviax is probably from the planet where the Great Leader came from.
