Alien has never been that memorable for me. Since Aliens was so freaking explosive, there's entire shots in that movie of people shooting guns that I find utterly unforgettable.

Whenever I think of Aliens I think of the gun fire and the Alien's being shot. Is that sick of me?.

I wonder if we'll be seeing some of those beasts in the new movie coming out.

We will, including a new one. Apparentley, he is one of the highest Preds (under the Elder). He might be the one in the trailer with the fangs on the helmet.

Honestly, if the Alien franchise keeps going forward, I'd love it if they did some of the variants from the AVP sidescroller Capcom made. I loved those.

And Vasquez was my favorite Marine in Aliens. I'm sorry she didn't last through the whole movie.

Vasquez was awesome. I still think Preggers broad from P2 was a small tribute to her.

Not at all. The AVP franchise is one of it's own, you don't need to see the other 6 movies but it's ur loss if u don't. But that is just my opinion.

But ya, you can survive via just watching the AVPs in my book anyway.

I may check it out one day. Just that the movies never seemed to interest me back when they were relatively new, much less now. One weekend Im gonna go through that list I made in one of your threads about "movies you havent seen but everyone else has" and these movies will be a part of it.

You know, Sigourney Weaver was interested in playing the Ripley clone again at the time, but when AVP branched off from the regular franchise, they dropped the idea.

Yeah but Alien wasn't meant to be in your face guns and explosions.

I would have LOVED to see Alien vs. Predator vs. Ripley Clone.

The fact of the matter is A4's end returns to Earth so I would like to see where It can go from there, considering Predators are getting their own flick.

The only movie I haven't seen out of the bunch is AVPR, but I am definitely looking forward to the Predators movie. It should be a blast. :castlerock:

I don't know many movies I've liked Danny Glover in outside of the Lethal Weapon movies, but Predator he was perfect.

Go see a little movie called Poor Boy's Game. His performace was phenomenal in that film.
