Kamen Rider Wizard Question

Is it a hard rule in Wizard that different Gates don't have the same Phantom? It implied in 27 that family members usually don't have the same Phantom but I was wondering about Haruto and a completely different person having the same Phantom.

I think it was implied as early as episode 1 that individual Phantoms had their own identities. We have not seen any instance of two Phantoms of the same kind, so until then, I'd assume that even if there were two Phantoms of the same kind, they'd be different entities altogether.

Yeah. Every person has their own personal feelings and attachments, and Phantoms are born from it, so unless something very specific happens to two characters, it wouldn't make sense for two Phantoms to be the same. I wasn't expecting Mayu's to be like Misa's.

I was doing research on legendary entities similar to Dragon and I was thinking of a Phantom that took after the Loch Ness Monster or its American counterparts. I hope that this made some sense.
