Kamen Rider Ryuki: Shattered Reflections (RPG Thread)

Brook stared at his rider deck and said," Why no one is good but me, then that is it I will take it into my own hands to end this war." Brook stood up and muttered," I hate it my powers are so limited and yet I am left to kill the evil by myself why, why must I do this all alone." Brook cried as he sat on the stairs of the shrine and then said," I guess I will just help the ones who want it and defeat the ones who don't want my help, I don't want to harm anyone I just want to make sure the people that will help me are friends, and not enemies I must find riders who I can trust and soon, after that attack I will need as much help as I can get." Brook got up from the shrine and walked down the street with his rider deck out of his pocket and in his hand's.

( OOC: Please anyone who wants to help out just meet Brook while he is walking, I don't want to be the only completely good one.)

Meanwhile, Haruhi, who had helped finish the battle at the shrine 20 minutes ago, rode around town aimlessly, with no particular destination in mind. Behind her sat Sakurai, who was heavily bandaged due to the beatdown she dealt the night before. Looking behind her to check up on Sakurai, she noticed that the young man had somehow fallen asleep on her back. Man...you are too soft on people, Haruhi-chan.... Haruhi sighed, somewhat disappointed with herself about taking her "enemy" around for a ride on her motorcycle as she maintained her eyes on the road.

That is, until her stomach began to rumble quite a bit. Man.....I forgot that I've not had any breakfast at all..... she thought to herself, turning right on the corner as she began to head for a small cafe she usually went to whenever she needed a bite to eat. After a while, Haruhi finally arrived at the cafe, parking her motorcycle by the sidewalk near the cafe. Upon getting off, she carefully positioned the sleeping Sakurai on the handlebars, and hung her black helmet on the right handlebar. As she headed for one of the cafe's outdoor tables, Haruhi noticed right off the bat a few familiar faces: the shrine maiden, who was preoccupied with talking to an older man, and Erika Midorikawa, the young woman she kicked a while ago. Although she did know Erika as a celebrity, Haruhi did not care at all. To her, Erika was a pompous prick that deserved the kick to the face.

Letting out a sigh, Haruhi sat alone on an empty table far from Erika and the shrine maiden, and patiently waited for a waiter to take her order.

Ok, and I read Denjin's PM too, so I think I know what I did wrong. I've sent you, Denjin, and also Zaku a PM explaining my side.

Please read it and let me know when you've read my PM. I've suggested a change near the end of the PM, and if acceptable I'll make the changes.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Who are you mister?" She noticed a look of tension on his face as she waited for an answer.

Isn't that the girl I saw at the temple fighting the redhead? Takano thought. Hm... she does look like that idol singer.

Something about the girl, he thought, seemed phony. Takano might be a scientist at heart, but he knew enough about politics and high society to know how to navigate his way through. He was, after all, the son of a politician, whether people knew it or not. He had learned a bit about reading in between words. And right now, this girl was talking like his own mother would to guests at a social party. Or in other words, Takano thought, behind a fascade.

Ok. Two could play at this game.

"I'm a new teacher at her school," Takano said pleasantly, gesturing towards the priestess. Ok, he was lying, but so what? He gave the priestess a significant glance, and hoped that she knew his meaning enough to play along with the lie.

"We just met outside a while ago, and I figured I would treat her to lunch. Please, have a seat. It's so nice to see some of my students' friends once in a while. Makes me feel young. Are you hungry or thirsty by any chance? I'll treat you to drinks, and I'll order more sandwiches for everyone."

"Oh, and if you are done with the food," Takano nodded at the priestess who seemed to be fidgeting with so many people. "Feel free to go. You don't have to stay if you don't want to. Of course, I wouldn't mind if you keep your teacher company and listen to my completely pointless chatter either, but you have those math assignments and what kind of teacher am I to keep you away from homework?"

Yes, Takano thought, he was rambling. But a rambling person was an insignificant person. And insignificance, Takano had learned, was the best kind of protection against probing outsiders. And a great mask under which he could just observe people.

"Say," Takano turned to the green-haired girl and grinned, "you happen to look JUST like that idol singer I see on TV. You wouldn't happen to be that Erika, would you?"

Ryuga finished off his batch of mirror monsters with his weapon and decided to leave. "Besides I dont know if that Knight chick will attack me" He thought to himself as he walked towards the ally and went back to the real world. He looked around and saw that everyone was gone and shook his head. "No where is quite any more." With that he decided to walk down the street and away from the shrine.

As time had passed, Sakurai had found himself sleeping on Haruhi's motorcycle. He then thought, "I must of fallen asleep while waiting for her" Still grogy, he then headed twords Haruhi. "Mind if I sit here?" he said as he sat down in the chair across from Haruhi. "Sorry for my actions yesterday, I'll make it up to you. I'll pay for this, you dont even have to touch your wallet." He then saw a waiter walking by, then asking then waiter if someone could come and take our order.

(OOC: thanks for picking Sakurai up a little, Gatack. I've just been really busy lately)

Noticing Sakurai join her for the first time, Haruhi let out an uncharacteristic smile as she looked at the heavily bandaged man. "I'm the one who should apologize. Enemy or not, it was inexcusable for me to have pounded on you. And don't worry. I can handle myself," she replied, noticing the waiter approach the two of them from the corner of her eye. "What would you like to order today?" the waiter asked both Haruhi and Sakurai, handing both menus as he pulled out a pen and a notepad. "I would like the usual turkey on wheat," she told the waiter, who promptly jotted down the order on his notepad.

It was one lie and one event after another, the frightened girl could only take so much of these deceptions. First he said he was Takahashi, then asked her many questions, now he is hinting her to play along with another Lie. To lie to someone so important to her like a older Brother Takashi, Hatsu just wouldn't do it. But it wasn't the Takahashi teacher lie that terrified her. It was the women that Takashi came in with, green haired attractive women, busty with a nice smile, one that seem to be very fake she may be playing nice now but who knows when she'll be like ealier that morning. She reminded her of a two faced villain from a manga, thus Hatsu has labeled the women "the Evil Lady or Evil women" but she didn't understand why Takashi would be with such a person.

While Takahashi rambled on and Erika talked to him after mentioning some words to her, The thought of being so close to her possible murderer, cause her to give Takashi a worried look, as soon as an opening was made she got up and took her leave; Quietly just walked away not saying a word.

"Say," Takano turned to the green-haired girl and grinned, "you happen to look JUST like that idol singer I see on TV. You wouldn't happen to be that Erika, would you?"

Erika's eyes fluttered when she heard the man ask if she was that Erika. She covered her mouth in embarrassment, as if to keep her voice down so more people wouldn't notice. "Yes, I am. I don't want alot of attention at the moment." Erika was again lying, but the nervous tone in her voice would make people believe her words. She would love the media attention if they came by. Erika began to wonder about this man's relationship to Hatsu, however. You say you're her teacher? Either you are lying or you must treat her badly. She looks frightened of you. Of course, it could just be me...but I noticed the look on her face before she saw me. Oh, you are so naughty, mister...

While Takahashi rambled on and Erika talked to him after mentioning some words to her, The thought of being so close to her possible murderer, cause her to give Takashi a worried look, as soon as an opening was made she got up and took her leave; Quietly just walked away not saying a word.

Takashi saw the look that Hatsu gave him and a frown suddenly developed on his face. Shortly afterwards, Takashi got up from his chair and said a few words to Erika before running off to check on her. "Erika, sorry. I have to see what's wrong with her." Erika watched Takashi leave, and as she turned back to the man -- Takano -, she became more hostile towards him, ditching the facade from earlier. Oh...Takashi! Don't leave me with the strange man! I might do something to him... "You know...being a star actress and all, I can usually tell when people are lying...and you were just now. You're not that girl's teacher at all. What's the real reason you're keeping her around?" Erika would have added something about the cards, but she didn't want to reveal that unless she was sure she was dealing with another Rider.

Meanwhile, Takashi had caught up to Hatsu and told her to stop in a calm tone to ease her worry. "Hatsu, please stop. What's wrong? You can tell me." Takashi said as if he was talking to family.

As he heard what Haruhi had to say to him, Sakurai thought, "Maybe she's not as bitchy as I thought she was." The waiter then came to take their orders, he disided on getting a large submarine sandwich with all the fixings on it. As the waiter walked away, Sakurai reached into his pocket and pulled out the letter Shiro had given him, saying, "Now if I was allied with Kanji, why would Shiro give me this letter?" He then gave the letter to Haruhi so she could examine it. He then sipped on his soda as he waited for her to take a look at it.
