Seeing the form of Scissors before her didn't satisfy Erika's anger. "So that stupid thing belongs to you...you better keep that damn thing under control! It was about to attack my man!" She then walked up to Scissors and slapped his hand, causing him to drop Biogreeza's tongue. The contract monster retracted it, still glaring at the crab-like monster. Grabbing Scissors by the neck, Erika became even more hostile as she pulled him closer. "If you or your pet do anything to Takashi...You'll wish that I killed you quickly. It will be very, very, slow..." The tone in her voice was both filled with malice and worry. She would have attacked him outright, but they still needed to kill Ryuki and Knight. Erika was insane, not stupid.

Pushing Scissors away from her, she started to walk away. "Darling, go back to what you were doing before this. Sorry to call you up." Biogreeza kept it's gaze fixed on Volcancer as it listened to it's master and disappeared from sight. "We'll kill those two pests, Kani-kun. Some of us have more to do than spend all our time in the mirror world, you know..." Leaving the scene, she exited the mirror world the way she came in, and exited the bathroom. That damn Kani-kun...just because no one loves him doesn't mean he has to try and take my lover away...he'll die as soon as we kill those pests, sooner if he slips up again... Reaching the Limo, she saw Takashi, unharmed and waiting by the side of it. The buxom woman first apologized for taking longer than usual on her 'bathroom' break. "Sorry, dear. Let's get going." Takashi then opened the door for Erika, in a gentlemanly fashion. "If you may, miss." Erika loved this attention as she entered the vehicle, Takashi following soon afterward. The Limo then drove off towards his house...

Things are calming down..., Takano thought as he glanced around the battlefield. The black dragon Rider, Ryuga, had proved himself capable enough. Imperer was beating on two more Roaches, and it seemed like Ouja was just about done.

Where did these monsters come from? Mirror Monsters typically don't hunt in large packs like these, and it was odd that they would attack an area with this many Riders around. Of course, Takano didn't know that there could be so many Riders gathered in one place, so maybe the Roaches just got unlucky?

In any case, he was now sure that the white Rider in front of him was the priestess. From the looks of it, the girl had no idea where she was or what she was doing. She probably didn't even know how she got here, Takano sighed.

He had more worries than babysitting newbie Riders, and he didn't know if it was wise to protect other Riders. From what he had deciphered from Kanji's and Kanzaki's notes, this was supposed to be a Rider War. Still, even if the girl did possess a card deck, she was more or less a victim here. Takano would play dirty, but innocent people were a different matter.

And besides, he could hear a faint sound of fizzling. He still had some time left in the Mirror World, but there was no point. With this many Riders around taking on the monsters, he might as well take a break early and get away from here.

"Let's just get you out of here, ok?" Raia said to Femme. "Did you get dragged here from the pond? Yes?" It was probably an unnecessary question, seeing as EvilDiver (and by extension Raia) knew the answer already, and the girl probably didn't understand what he was asking anyway. But Raia was too tired to care. Without waiting for an answer, he picked her up by her arm (a bit roughly, but oh well), flung her into the water, and watched her disappear through the Mirror World fabric. Raia then turned to look at Knight, and shrugged, "Sorry about that. Free lunch. Plenty leftovers though."

Haruhi, who had gotten up from the pond, merely scoffed at Raia as she watched the stingray rider pick up the swan rider and toss her through the water -- probably the swan rider's entry point to the mirror world. Knowing that there were still Roach monsters at the courtyard, Haruhi pointed her Wing Lancer at Raia. "Do that again, and mirror monsters are not the only ones I'll leave broken," she threatened, still displeased with Raia disrupting her surprise attack on the monsters that were ganging up on the defenseless swan rider moments ago. Without waiting for a response from Raia, Haruhi immediately rushed back to the other fight in order to help clear out the area once and for all.

Brook had taken his final vent out and said," Hope you understand I mean no harm to you, but your sacrifice will save people." Brook placed his final vent inside of his Veno Visor and pushed the head down and it said," Final vent." Brook then ran at the monster with his arms out, then he flipped in the air and into Venosnaker's mouth, then he was shot out and performed a series of bicycle kicks. Making contact with the roach he destroyed it and Venosnaker ate his third meal of the day and Brook looked at his monster and said," Understand this, I do not feed you for your hunger you just steal their souls, but I am fine with that, now we need to find a new rider to meet them and try to get them to help."

Brook tried to find the pink rider and he said," Man now he is gone." Brook went up to the mirror he came threw and said," I will one day gain the trust of the good to stop the evil, I must find them first." Brook left the mirror world and sat down on the stairs of the shrine with his rider deck out, waiting to see if anyone would see him.

Hatsu was watching the others before she was thrown by someone into the pond and she exited back at the shrine landing on her rear at the grass nearby. She looked absolutely miserable, her Miko uniform was torn causing her body to be a bit revealed and the water didn't help either drench her from head to toe. She should dry off or else risk catching a cold, but mostly she just sat there dazed and confused.

By the time he was back in the real world, Takano found the priestess by the pond, still dazed. Looking at her, Takano briefly wondered if that was what he looked like when he himself first entered the Mirror World. Then he scoffed. He was probably more competentant (he hoped).

Regardless, it wouldn't do for the girl to run around with Rider powers, without knowing what it was. Of course, it did make easy the option of killing her now and eliminating a future Rider opponent... and, Takano admitted, that it was a tempting option.

But he dismissed the thought. Even if she was a Rider, the girl was for the moment an innocent bystander. And his goal, after all, was to find Kanji and Kanzaki Shiro; the Rider War held little appeal to him, and having innocent blood held even less appeal.

Takano cupped a little of the cold water in his hands, and splashed it across the priestess's face. She was wet, but the cold water still worked to shake her from the shock. He sighed, and crouched in front of her.

"You and I, my dear priestess, need to have a long chat," Takano said. "Lucky for you, it's my off-day and I got time. Why don't you get changed, since you aren't... uh, presentable," Takano pointed at her torn robes (that was revealing a bit too much). "I know a cafe nearby that serves great sandwiches and coffee. I hope you don't mind Western food. I'll wait for you in front of the shrine, and we'll have lunch since I'm hungry. Then we'll talk. Ok?

"Oh, and you still owe me a fortune telling later in the afternoon."

The Shrine Maiden just looked up and nodded. She got up and brushed off the grass from the bottom of her pants, she bowed and left for her room to the left of the garden. Stopping before going further she mentions "please wait in the front room, I'll be finish shortly" Hatsu said and entered her room. Hatsu seem clueless but she wasn't totally clueless, she knew perfectly that these incidences must have something to do with the deck that was given to her.

Removing her wet outfit rinsing her self clean, she went into the closet and grabbed the cleanest thing she had, which was her school uniform. Today was the day that she would of done laundry, usually by hand since she didn't have extra money to get a machine. Her living conditions was pretty poor, and it been harsh ever since. She sighed and grabbed the deck out of the lock box and kept it with her. " it will probrably be better if this remains with me" She said quietly and finished putting on her uniform. She met with Takahashi and then gave a blank stair, alittle emotionless. "Shall we go?" She asked

School uniform? Takano thought. People are going to think I'm a freakin' pervert and dating a school girl. Oh well...

He nodded to the quiet girl and led her away.

On his way, he noticed a kid sitting on the steps... with a Rider deck next to him. Seeing the emblem on the deck, Takano guessed that this was Ouja. He was mystified as to why the boy was sitting there with his deck out in the open. Takano tensed. Was Ouja doing this as intimidation? Did he know that he was Raia, or that the girl was Femme?

The boy, however, showed no signs of recognizing him as he walked by. Takano relaxed slightly. Still, he thought, it would be wise to keep an eye out, and regardless it was good information to know the identities of the other Riders. This was after all a Rider War, and in the end everybody was an enemy. No, Takano wasn't interested in the War and killing other Riders, only in his brother... But being a Kamen Rider meant wearing a target sign on your back, and there were no doubt Riders who would come after his head.

Takano was realistic. He planned on living until he could find his brother, and he would do everything to ensure that.

Takano glanced at the boy, quickly memorized his features, then walked away with Hatsu in tow.

One 20 minute drive into town later, and they were at the cafe.

As he suspected, some people at the cafe did in fact look at him strangely for having a school girl as a companion. He was a young man in his mid-twenties, in semi-casual business wear. She was a girl just in her teens, in a school dress. And they did not look like siblings, which Takano guessed was why people made the leap in logic.

He ignored the curious (and sometimes disapproving) glances, and asked for a seat where they could have maximum privacy. He ordered a plate of small sandwiches, black Columbian coffee for him, and a vanilla latte for the girl. He didn't know whether the girl drank coffee (tea was probably her usual), but if nothing else the caffeine and sugar will raise her spirits. That, and he need her to concentrate on what he was saying.

He pressed her to eat, and she did (though probably more out of politeness than actual hunger). Looking around, Takano made sure that no one was eavesdropping, then began.

"I saw you in that other world," Takano said quietly as the girl blinked in surprise. "You were wearing a white and grey outfit. And me? I was the jackass in purple who threw you into the water." He laughed lightly (hoping a bit of humor would lighten the mood).

Over lunch and coffee, Takano began to explain to the bewildered girl, as simply and concisely as he could, what he knew about the Mirror World, the Kamen Riders, the Mirror Monsters. He did not mention, of course, the details about how he learned that information. That piece of data was not something the girl should know, and it didn't matter anyway because it wasn't vital to her survival. Takano just covered the basics. Enough, he hoped, for her to understand what a dangerous mess she was in.

"So you and I are the same. Well, sort of. In any case, I have a question for you. To get to the other world, you need a card deck. One with a black case, with a sort of gold symbol at the front. I know for sure you have one, because you became a Rider in the Mirror World. So, how did you get yours?"

Hatsu remained quiet the entire car ride and into the cafe. She didn't like the attention she was getting there, and it was most likely due to her being with Takahashi. She eyed the place from left to right to see if there was anyone else in the cafe from her school or with her school uniform on, it might be one of those half days at school but they may be many student around. She isn't' so popular in school, but there is no doubt that she was an attractive girl of a traditional way. This is appealing to many guys out there espicially many guys has been keeping an eye on her since the annual school dance was coming up. I like to enjoy school like a normal girl... Hatsu thought thinking about the reputation she would get if she was seen with a older man such as Takahashi. After sitting down he ordered her some food that looked very delicious and enticing to the senses, never before has she seen this kind of treatment, except from another man which she admire dearly like an older brother. But Takahashi was anything but, first of she didn't really believe that everything he was telling her was the truth, and he seem to know just alittle too much.

This Takahashi guy was acting weird unusually nice, it reminded Hatsu of the bad men that she was told to be careful of, first it was coffee and Sandwiches then it ends up to be one of those love motels where he would try to pay her large sum of money for pleasure from a young girl. This thought made Hatsu scared to speak or eat anything even if he was trying to force it upon her. She just wasn't one of those girls, even thought she knew many existed even in her class, those girls would do anything for money. But Hatsu still has her dignity even if she was hungry and exhausted from the hunger. But her sweet tooth and stomach making sounds wasn't helping her case. Hatsu began to take small bites of the Sandwich politely, but stayed clear of the latte unsure if anything was put inside to put her to sleep. She just had the sandwich with the glass of water that was nearby her. He then asked her some questions and made many statements causing Hatsu to blink many times then the question came to it "how did you get yours?" the same question that an evil women asked her earlier in the day. A question pertaining to the deck of cards that was given to her a while earlier, the deck of card that can grant wishes and cause much trouble.

I wonder how I should answer this one...last time I answered it almost got me killed..What will happen this time?....maybe he'll try to rape me who knows...I'm scared she thought,tucking her legs and placing her hand over her skirt. He did save me from those things earlier so I owe it to him to be honest, even though that thought ran thought her mind she knew that he was capable of overpowering her, due to the fact that he had the strength to throw her earlier.

"It must of happened about a month or so ago, a weird man by the name of Kanji came to the shrine. At first he was just making prayers, then he approached me with these cards, he said to keep them they'll grant any wish but in return I must fight to gain that ability. I've kept the cards since and he left never to return, that's was it. I don't know much else" The girl answered honestly, she didn't look up at Takahashi at all after saying that much. She just sat there now afraid of the outcome to what might happen to her. Her lips then began moving again now in a more serious but scared tone " Whatever else you want to know please just ask but I won't go with you anywhere else I'm not that kind of girl >_<" the words just slipped out and this got the two a great deal of attention from the Cafe. Hatsu was genuinely scared of all the stories she heard from her friends, what they did to just get a new bag or some new outfits. She just wasn't like them and Takashi wasn't going to take anything of hers or get anything at that, Hatsu sat firmly hoping that now nothing bad will happen to her.

Judging from the girl's reaction, Takano thought, she was genuinely scared of him. He's not sure why, but she seems to distrust him a great deal.

She looks at me like I want to eat her alive. He thought. Ok, so it may be a little sketchy for a 26 year old stranger to ask a teenage girl to get lunch with him, but this is a little overboard, isn't it?

Unfortunately, his background was in dealing with equations and the laws of physics, not with the outbursts of teenage girls. He's got no idea how to respond.

And in the meantime, there was the other shocker: She mentioned Kanji... MY Kanji? Was that even possible? He might have been mistaken... that might have been someone else with the same given name. It might not be his brother at all. His scientific mind was telling him to doubt the information, while his inner gut was telling him otherwise.

Why is life so complicated?

After a brief stop at Takashi's so he could change, Erika and her love were now looking around what to do next. "I'm a bit hungry...let's go get something to eat, Erika." Erika just nodded happily. "Sure. Pick wherever you want, dear." It didn't take long for Takashi to think up a place and told Erika. She then told her Limo driver where to head, and in about 20 minutes or so, they reached their destination.

Getting out, Erika looked at the quaint, little place and smiled. I usually wouldn't waste my time in such a small place as this...but he wanted to go here, so it's alright. Erika followed right behind Takashi as he exited the vehicle and entered the cafe. Some of the patrons did a double take when they saw not only Takashi but Erika Midorikawa as well. Looking around, Erika giggled at all the surprised faces. Even in this little place the people recognize me. As they should. Her eyes than fixed on someone familiar. It was the girl at the shrine that was her original target earlier today. "Takashi, can we sit by them?" Erika asked, pointing in Hatsu and Takano's direction.

Takashi saw the table and a smile came across his face. "Why if it isn't Hatsu. Sure, we can sit by them." Takashi asked the server if they could be seated by them and as they were being led to their seats, Erika wondered what the deal was. How does Takashi know this little girl? Does he go to that shrine to pray or something? As soon they were seated, Takashi introduced themselves. He noticed that Hatsu looked worried about something, not knowing about her fear of Takano, and put on a smile to calm her. "Hatsu, how are you doing? I'll introduce you to Erika. Erika, Hatsu is a priestess to a shrine I visit before my races. I also check up on her since she lives alone."

Erika just studied Hatsu's face for any sign of fear or hesitation as she played nice. "Hello, Hatsu. My name is Erika. Nice to meet you." Erika said politely, all the while thinking what she should do next. Takashi knows her...this could be a problem on getting rid of her...that and she might blab to Takashi about what I did earlier...I have to think of something...I got it. "Hatsu-chan, if you want, you can live with me. I wouldn't mind having you around. I'll treat you well...please consider it." Takashi was impressed by Erika's kindness, not knowing it was false, and told Hatsu that maybe she should give the idea some serious thought. Turning her attention to the man, Erika kept her camouflage on. "Oh, I'm sorry. Who are you mister?" She noticed a look of tension on his face as she waited for an answer.
