If you guys had this belt, what Deck would you be wearing most of the time?

Well since there have been quite a few auctions on Y!J selling CS belts without the decks, I've considered buying one to paint gold for Odin's deck. But as far as which to wear? Either Knight or Odin, it's a toss up.

Looking back at the pictures, the Ohja one bothers me a little, especially since there is the Genocider Final Vent and the Genocider Advent Card, so can the Evil Diver and Metalgelas be part of the Ohja deck too?

If you take the cards from Raia's and Gai's deck, sure. Ouja's deck could hold all those cards as well.

According to Wikipedia, I think Strange Vent copies the NEXT card the enemy Rider is to draw. Say example Knight's next card is Trick Vent. Ryuki uses Strange Vent that allows him to copy the Trick Vent and use it himself.
