I think Keiji-san is the voice of Ankh, seeing as Ankh uses his voice whenever he's in Hand-mode. They just killed of Keiji-san so Ankh could have a body.

He clothes are so baggy you wonder what else he kept in those pockets besides his extra pansu, the OOO drivers, the cell medals and one candroid that we can confirm of since that fell off when he was hit by Uva.
