Decade is real, it's just AU. By crossing into the different dimensions, he disrupted the Rider's timeline and created a parallel version.

Maybe, he did have the OOO belt for some reason. I was thinking of something like Ankh in "Hand Mode" attaches himself to Eiji and the Henshin into OOO together. It seems like Ankh hates Eiji, but he's just got a tsundere friendship going.

Also, it's funny how Eiji's name is similar to Natumikan's grandfather Eijiro.

I wouldn't put it past the directors to make a crossover out of just that. Similar to Chou Den-O. Yuu-kun being Yuuto. Chou De-O was a good movie though.
