Zer000s is the rmoured third Rider who is supposedly Shingo/Ankh. (Makes since, since Ankh wants a stronger, less fragile body. That's what a Rider suit would give him).

So kind of like a throwback to Faiz when the Orpehnocks could use the belt to henshin?

Is it certain that Date is talking about collecting 100 million cell medals? From the Chinese subs and from what I hear, it sounded more like: "Well, to be honest, I'm not really interested in these things. I only took the job in order to earn this much: 100 million. I will earn 100 million."

Date is not a Rider who fights for others. To him, collecting 100 million Cell Medals is just a job. Which doesn't bring him in conflict with Eiji, however it does with Ankh.
