Yeah but then why is Maki the only guy in the city OOO is in who uses the word Kamen Rider?

It'd be a nice tie-in with Double if Maki is in fact refering to Birth as a Kamen Rider because he knows about Double, actually.

Yeah now it's kind of like why is does Maki know what a Kamen Rider is? It kind of makes it more confusing.

The character will probably be referred to as just Birth, this screen is probably only an Easter egg for people who freezeframe things. :redface2:

Double was "Kamen Rider" and Shotaro and Raito said "Kamen Rider Double" so I doubt that it is in the same continuity with the original. OOO is however in the same continuity as Double.

There is nothing more about it. I think it came with the rumor that Maki was the Dinosaur Greeed so we should know around the same time Birth makes his appearance and if Maki does transform.
