I see the Machine Man resemblance. Don't focus on the colors, look at the helmet's shape. Block out the eyes and you see the same overall silhouette, with the sweeping curve. Birth emphasizes the curve shape more but it's definitely present in Machine Man.

I see that but MachineMan's visor seems to wrap around more giving the helmet an elongated feel. While Birth's visor, probably due to it being more rounded, seems just to sit on the front of the face.

Seeing as both Hakaider and Machineman are both the work of Ishinomori Shotaro, it is possible that Birth is indeed a fusion of the two's designs. the light-up eyes sure do look sinister, like Hakaider, but the shape of the visor does scream Machineman.

Accel is obviously jealous. Akiko's having second thoughts about their marriage, judging by their looks on the last pic.

Actually I think they might be seeing Core. And he should even be dwarfing Arc.

I'll wager a guess and say they're looking at the biggest birthday cake ever made with Kougami standing on top of it and singing Happy Birthday, said cake containing OOO and Birth's own versions of Double's RevolGarry

Not a bad design, though I think I preferred it in some other color than black. Perhaps a dark maroon like Garren. C'est la vie.
