There's no specific writing about the "Kougami Foundation" in the Foundation X report. This leads us to believe that it is from the HQ of Foundation X, but those who jump to conclusions will think it's Kougami.

I think we'll just see representatives for Foundation X in the near future until it's decided that it's best to replace it with another organization.

It encountered a very interesting sample as a research thing while investigating now. Can you understand as the comparison with a mysterious metal piece with very big power "Rhea medal" as an example of the Gaia memory that the museum that assumes the investment outlet has already developed?
This metal piece hides potential of inventing reinforced man more than the dopant by making the Gaia memory react to the human body.
The report of having confirmed the existence of the device of the installation type of the Gaia driver who is the installation device of the Gaia memory goes up. I hope you guys won't mind if I ask this question:

What if (and again, just what if) this "Foundation X investing on the Medals" thing is just a mere easter egg from Sanjo as if to say "Hey, my show's over! OOO and his medals are next!"? What if it really means nothing and it won't affect OOO's storyline in any way? How would you feel about it?

I think I'd be indifferent, since OOO is holding itself up perfectly fine already without the need to inject anything else alongside what is already being developed, what with the internal intrigue amongst the Greeed, the Kougami Foundation, Eiji and Co. etc.

It'd be interesting and intrigueing, but it's not required to make OOO be a good show :thumbs:

Here are some assumptions used when the interpretation was made.

*Foundation X is the Financier
*Kougami Foundation is the one doing the Research
*In light of the OOO episodes that have been shown, Dr. Maki is responsible for all the technology for the Kougami Foundation.
*The report from KRW ep 47 shows that the new device can be used on a human.
*Kougami and Dr. Maki discussed a new tech device that can be used on a Human (with a limiter) or Greeed.
*It's not the OOOs driver since that was given to Eiji by Ankh.
