I don't think that will really happen, it doesn't match the colour. But still anything can happen in OOO (anything goes:laugh, so far the series has the most surprises for me.

So there definitely are Cell Medals that aren't simply repainted Cores.

Peacock is one of the red/bird medals and Ptera is one of the Dino medals. They just haven't been officially revealed yet, but their existence was leaked earlier by the toy belt.
