As I keep saying, Gotou or whoever becomes Birth will have to get the system via Kougami chucking a cake in their face while yelling "HAPPEH BARTHDAY!" in the most glorious way imaginable, while Birth's catchphrase, growled in a badass 80's action movie voice before he puts a bullet through a Yummy's skull, will be "Happy Birthday."
