When you insert Cell Medals and turn the handle a kapon sound will be activated to transform.
Turning the handle again can activate 6 different forms. The belt will change color according to the belt.
When the capsule on the chest is red, the "Breast Cannon" is activated.
Green on the right arm is the "Crane Arm"
Blue on the right hand is the the "Drill Arm"
Orange left hand is "Shovel Arm"
Purple legs are "Caterpillar Legs"
Yellow back is "Cutter Wings"
Inserting 2 Cell Medals and turning the handle activates the "Cell Burst" which is similar to OOO's Scanning Charge.

Well I never accused Toei of having a good grasp of fluent English. I don't think this is the first item they've had which had an unfortunate name to native English speakers.
