Well, since my last suit-actor prediction was pretty close, I'll make another one. Yoshifumi Oshikawa for second Rider.

It's still Kogami tech. Why provide an rogue with all his creations while leaving his soldiers with nothing but Candroids?

Soldier. He has no more soldiers. And said soldier may/may not have his own tech in Birth. Besides, why make more of those if you knew they were all going to die anyway?

As to why give to the tech to a rogue, it's because he's not a rouge in Kougami's eyes. Kougami is orchestrating OOO movements. And, you know, the Kougami tech was built specifically for OOO to use anyway. More importantly, the Medaljalibur just doesn't work without the O Scanner so it'd be pointless to make for others.

It's not just about Eiji being inexperienced, it's more on Shintaro feeling that he should be the one to defeat the Greeeds. If someone else becomes Birth, that's going to really set him off.

The sword's full capabilities still require the MedalScanner, which is a part of OOO. At this point in the plot, we don't know if Kougami can replicate it. Birth may be the first prototype if he has his own Scanner.

It's a vague hole that may be explained later, but I'm not too worried about because well... it's OOO.

Actually, depending on how much we see Ankh in hand form, Eitoku may still take the second Rider slot in my opinion.

I agree, if arm-only-Ankh's part fades away he'll most likely get the part. Going solely off the images of the second Rider we have so far, I'm going to theorize it's Oshikawa, however. Only time will tell. :sweat:

I think Kougami might be able to replicate it because he created the technology that goes with it. He also created the technology that uses cell medals.

If we only had a plot that didn't revolve around medal toys and vending machines...

The plot in OOO is mostly on human desire to the point where it can be destructive. Which goes in hand with the vending machine idea. Since it's like when you want to buy a soda from a vending machine. Thus the desire part.
