No, I never said that about Eiji. There is a difference between a jerk and someone who doesn't smile and doesn't hold hands with everyone.

There's also a difference between someone who doesn't smile/hold hands with everyone, and someone who's violent, rude, arrogant and insulting - a character type Kobayashi loves. Is Shintaro all of these? Yes, yes he is.

A shot in the dark here, I guess you believe Ryu Terui is a jerk aswell?.

Yes, but at least the show made it was clear when he was being a jerk, instead of expecting us to blindly worship him. I find it rather disconcerting he got the girl however ... Thank you so much Movie War 2011

Ryu was like that because he lost his family to Isaka and wanted revenge to the point where he would either attack Dopants in human form or forsake innocent people. But thanks to being around Shotaro & co, Ryu was able to let go of his hatred. As well as forgave Shroud for her oversight.

Uva got 2 Core Medals from Ankh. From what I saw, it's Kuwagata and, what seems to me, Cheetah...
So OOO can't do a full combo for the time being...

When has Goto acted like that to anyone aside from Ankh? He's serious and judgmental, but I don't see how you jump from that to "violent, rude, arrogant and insulting".

He's threatened Ankh with a gun multiple times and attempted to shoot at him, he is vile to Ankh and Eiji and rude to Kougami, and is completely full of himself. Kobayashi loves characters like this and thinks they make excellent heroes, but they're not at all good qualities for a non-villainous Rider

Wait, so you're raising the way he threated Ankh against Goto? Then, I guess Eiji is psychotic considering all the poor Yummies he has killed. He was rude to Kougami because he didn't seem to be prioritizing the whole "save the world" business from his point of view.

Really, come back when he's shoving aside and bemoaning normal innocent people or something. The only ones he has really mistreated so far are Ankh, a Greeed, and Kogami, a shady person who is going to be creating "Kaijins" in the near future.

I like the design of the new Rider, but knowing who's gonna be wearing the suit..... No thanks, I'll stick to Goseiger for the time being until he either starts playing nice or dies! Or just skip the parts with him in it.
I'll never comprehend the appeal of characters like that....
