I used all the leaked sounds.

Heads: Hawk, Stag Beetle, Lion, Rhinoceros, Orca, Pterodactyl, Cobra.
Arms: Peacock, Mantis, Tiger, Gorilla, Eel, Triceratops, Turtle.
Legs: Condor, Grasshopper, Cheetah, Elephant, T-Rex, Crocodile.

Then mixed them all up. The light blue sounds are not used.
You are missing Octopus I believe for that list. And the math states that if there are 7 3 piece sets the number of forms should be 343.

The Double suits were all seperate, and quite restrictive. He had to change the entire suit out for each form-change.

Is there a video of that? I was under the impression that the parts could be put on a main suit.

Just look carefully at the way the suit is made, or behind-the-scenes pics that show empty suits. A Rider suit consists of the legs/torso part that clearly goes on first, then the chest/arms that go on second, then the helmet.

OOO's modularity follows the way the suit is made, so to do a "form change" they probably just change out one part of the suit. With W, I'm sure they cast most of the suits from one mold but they still had to color them all differently.

I don't see any way those suits could open up at the midsection and still be sturdy enough for stuntwork. There's some photo from the making of W I remember that clearly shows a chest/arm piece sitting around by itself.

I don't know why you wouldn't cast the 9 main W forms from basically the same mold, or a slightly modified mold? They are all basically the same design, just colored differently.

You'd also want extra suits so you'd have spares and replacements for anything that got damaged during filming. So cast the suits in bulk and then have your costume guys paint them.

Now, obviously some W suits couldn't be cast from an identical base mold-- W Xtreme, Fang Joker, Accel, Accel Trial. I imagine a buttload of money was spent on the Dopant suits, too.

The designs slightly are different. The suits aren't too much like body armor. They are supposed to give the Rider a new look and give him slight protection for tumbling.
