I have no idea what the guys name is, but hes in the OP. I have a suspicion he might be a Rider.

You mean this guy? I doubt it's him. Currently, the rumors say that Goto (the man in the picture) gives the second Rider his weapons. Unless he gave the weapons to himself...

Yeah that's him. I haven't heard any rumors about him yet so maybe I'm wrong then.

Are we sure that list of animals is even real, is there a video or audio evidence? And how do we know some of those aren't just going to be Cell Medals, because from what I have heard (which isn't much admittedly) when scanned the Core and Cell Medals sound the same. I mean I could easily see most of those just being used for weapons like the Engine and Prism Memories.

Core Medals only say the animal (Taka) Cell Medals say Kin/Silver after them (Taka-Kin)

It said he had an equipping/installing system and is able to take out capsules from different parts of his body which contains weapons and what not. The current rumored name is Kamen Rider Birth (バース baasu, knowing Toei they'd probably romanize it as Vars or some ****) He's also some articifially created thing by the Kogami Foundation. This is just from memory. There is probably more to it.
