Oh yeah he does say it "Anything goes, Kamen Rider OOOs!".

But he says it really fast, you'd think he skipped the word "Rider" and he says it in a really low voice too, that doesn't help. My bad.

I have been listening to it and I'm pretty sure he says "Coming up"

They say "Kamen Rider OOO's"

While OverTime's say "Coming Up Os"

I think we had the same issue with W.B.X and the "Crime and the city" part, so until it's released we can end up hearing both.

"Coming up Os" is what I always hear.

But Andy's got it right, there's no point in arguing over the Engrish until we have some official lyrics. That kind of thing is just placeholder for now.
