I really doubt another Greeed wil join with OOO.
Right now the 4 Greeed have Maki and Date on there side so they have the advantage over OOO who at this point only has Ankh and Gotou.
It would make no sense for them to join a weaker side.
Not to mention why would Eiji or Ankh accept Mezool as a companion???
Just this episode she tried to kill Ankh for medals and she just betrayed one of her own just so she could survive.
It would be pretty stupid if Eiji was like:

Eiji: "Sure you can join us strange fish woman who has been trying to kill us since day 1.
Why dont you go home with us where you can get a good look at all my friends who you could use to blackmail me.
Oh and when we go into battle be sure to look after my flying hand puppet who is my only source of medals.
I am sure you won't use this weakness to screw me over, leaving me completely powerless while one of your yummy's tries to kill me.
Now let's be friends forever!!!!!!"
