I wouldnt guess that this is Ankh's full body.
If you look at the other Greeeds properly, their eyes are visor-typed, so I wouldnt think that Ankh's should be different

Think of the exposed part of the head as a helmet, much like the parrot yummy.... Mezool's looks like that.

Ankh's already special. He's floating hands, which Mezool confirmed that she couldn't. And he didn't get more of himself when he got 2 more Core's.
