Okay, it took a longer than it should have, but everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Everything did arrive, and is in good condition and working order.
I would recommend to the seller, that if you don't have a computer, and you know you are going to be slow in responding, that you mention that up front in the thread, rather than waiting until you have been paid for something, so your buyers aren't left wondering if you've run off with their money.
