I won't lie. If you are used to having more than one Rider or alot of Rider vs. Rider stuff, and seedy characters getting henshin belts and abusing the power then Kuuga may not be your cup of tea. Still, you could do a hell of alot worse for stepping outside your comfort zone than Kuuga.
All anybody can really do is tell you why THEY liked something. I mean, I could sit here all day singing the praises of Kuuga while someone else tells you Ryuki is the greatest series in the history of the whole universe, or why nothing made after 1979 is worth a damn. Etc, etc.
Maybe you won't think it's good at all, or you could like a thousand times more than you ever expected. Tokusatsu is nothing if not on some level an aquired taste.
All I can say is that if you want to see a cool, dramatic Rider show with some awesome designs and bike stunts. A Rider show that has one foot in tradition while the other is taking the first step into the 21st Century. A Rider show thematically held together by being about the importance of finding hope in dark times and the dangers that can come with power, then check out Kamen Rider Kuuga.
get watched the 1st 2 eps the subs arent that bad they even say the charaters names right sometimes, th only prob is theres no subs when the grongi speak
The Grongi-speak is not really meant to be subbed. With Godai gaining the Mighty Form I agree with Bolt but I think there is also the added element of his empathy for the little girl who's father was murdered and seeing that people were having to live in fear thus taking away their smiles.
