I'll be honest with you savior...I did some thinking and:
I really don't like the idea of a Decade style rider that can use all of the abilities of dark riders, and not only that being able to summon them as well...
My reasoning for this is because Dark riders are some of the strongest riders around...personally, I can't approve of it...but it's Magi's call.

It is my fault when it comes to terms of Decade/Diend or any OC rider in terms of this rpg setting. The idea that these two riders abilities would be the same in the series only highly limited rather than being able to use ALL of the rider cards they would be limited only to a small few that consider to be past riders that are inactive.
What you are imposing falls under the god-mod lines still and cannot accept the profile. I am really sorry to say that this profile is unacceptable. Den-O and Decade/Diend are to be limited. This is also applies to OC riders based on them. The rider sounds way two powerful. There are far too many variables right there.

I should also note that the Scaning power of my rider can't penetrate most rider systems, it can with some, but it takes a ridiculas amount of time because the system has to scan the rider, compile the data, find away to scan past the system, start the scan, compile the data, and that if the rider doesn't change form or make it out of range. Also enemies who can change form are also a bit of a bother.

Sakuya was the creator of the Saver rider system and assisted in the development of other combat systems used by Saber. Sakuyas history is very questionable as she claims to have been working on the rider system for almost 10 years but only claims to be 22, and has little in the way of a paper trail that could lead anyone to her past. She seems to be very cold to others and doesn’t show emotion very often. However Sakuya does show great respect to the rest of her team, even if it is hard to see at times, and treats Ziginz with an almost motherly attitude, being one of the only people she shows genuine emotion around. It is known that she has a younger sister, Tamiko, but her current location is unknown to everyone except Sakuya herself. Sakuya has been seen talking on the phone to her sister on rare occasion, but their conversations are brief. Even so Sakuya always smiles when she talks to her sister, something she rarely does otherwise. Sakuya views the other weapons used by Sabers forces as inferior to the saver system and while she did help develop them, she rarely has anything to do with them or their users. 200 years ago, Dorian was a member of the Fantasian Royal Family, and a well known scholar. While a private man who loved nothing else but to spend his days reading and spending time with his family, he was also a fiercely loyal mage who would die for his kinsman. One day, as if out of the blue, a monstrosity of epic proportions appeared and attacked Fantasia. This creature was indescribable and destroyed entire town in less then a few moments. The Royal army could not defeat the beast, and soon they would be forced to send the Riders against it. Dorian, however, had already gone forth to face the creature. He carried with him an unimaginable fury as he prepared for battle, having found out his only daughter and wife had been killed buy one of the creatures attacks. They had left that day for one of the small villages to visit old friends when the creature attacked. Dorian had not been with them, having been asked to attend to some business by a member of the Royal Court. If only he had been with them, if only he had put the task off to spend that precious time with his family. When he reached the creature he unleashed a torrent of spells of every caliber he had. His attacks harmed the beast but were not enough to stop it. He knew if it reached the Grand City where the royal family waited that he would kill thousands, maybe millions. He did the only thing he could think of, he used a forbidden art to absorb the creature into himself. For two days and two nights he struggled with the creature, going through a hideous metamorphosis. When the change was complete the two had become one, with Dorian being the dominate persona of the two, but only barely.
Even though he was a hero, he was seen more as part of the monster then as the one controlling it and was told to destroy himself and the creature with him by the Royal Family. He would have been more then happy to do this, but if he did there was the chance that the creature would manage to survive and continue his rampage. He instead chose to leave Fantasia to protect the people of his home land. He came to the human world where threats were far less prevalent then in Fantasia, and began his life as a human. It wasn’t long though before the creature began to try and weaken his host as to free himself. Sensing this, Dorian decided to severe a piece of himself to compensate, thus weakening the creature while strengthening his own control. He cut off a part of his body and sealed a portion of the beasts power along with some of his own to contain, and perhaps with time, purify the creatures power. If this worked it could give him the means to destroy the creature once and for all, at least with time. The flesh regenerated but the creatures power did not, nor did his own.
What happened next was more then he could have imagined. The chunck of flesh began to change, take human form, and drew breath. Lying in front of him was a young girl, the spitting image of his Daughter. Except for her hair and skin she was identical. This was not his daughter though, only a manifestation of his desire to see her and the unusual mix of his and the creatures power assisted by the creative power of Aether, at least that was what he reasoned. Even so, he felt no evil from the girl, and she was able to move on her own, even speak. She seamed to have inherited some of her father’s knowledge but not his memories. She even showed some emotions but had yet to develop her own personality. He chose to raise the girl as his daughter, which she technically was even if through horrifying means. He and his daughter, who he named Isabel, lived for many years as humans, not worrying about the matters of the world around them and simply surviving. They were well off though; Dorian was able to earn more then his share of currency through working as a teacher, advisor, and other professions where his knowledge, wisdom, and intellect could come into play. Soon, however, things would change. The change came when a knight from Fantasia found Dorian by accident, having been drawn to him by Dorian’s sleeping magic. The knight warned Dorian of Aesir before passing on his relic to Dorian. Dorian acted swiftly, using his knowledge, experience, and skill to enter into a technological research company. Within two years time he was able to not only take over the company, but acquire the assistance of his old friend Sakuya, who was more then happy to work with him. After 12 years of work, Dorian has not only prepared a small army for what is to come, but also created a new relic, and humanities very own Rider.He acts as the president of his company, Saber Inc., and as the leader of his own Para-military organization. He knows soon that Aesir will make his move, but also knows that new Kamen Rider Knights will rise up to face the threat. The question is what kind of riders will they be, and can they be trusted to save both worlds? If not, then Dorian is more then prepared to do it himself.
Isabel approves of her fathers actions, even if it means she doesn’t get to see him very often. Though she may not act or look it, she is a very mature woman having been alive for over a century. Because of her agelessness, appearance, and unusual birth, she compares herself to a vampire or ghost. She usually has a less then happy look on her face and often says dark things, but there is a lot of positive emotion in her that she shows only around a select few. Though her father still treats her like a child, he knows her talents and experiences and often gives her jobs to do that won’t draw unneeded attention to herself but still help in the big scheme of things. She has some power due to her heritage and training from her father, but prefers to live as a normal human if it all possible. She does have a temper but does not seem overly affected by the dark powers of the beast that are part of her, possibly because she was born with them, and due to her father raising her to be a good person and to care for others. She has a lot of compassion which often causes her to make rash decisions. This is one reason her father still treats her as a child.

She is a very serious young woman whose desire to protect lives out weighs most other aspect of her life. Ebonys skills as a tactical analyst, hand to hand combat specialist, and military grade training were what prompted Sabers president to present her with the job, which she excepted after being told what was at stake. Ebony quickly worked her way up the ranks and was reward with leadership of her own platoon. She was one of the first choices to become Kamen Rider Saver, but was passed over for Ziginz. While Ebony greatly disapproved of chose, she excepts it for what it is and did her best to work with him. Ziginz’s laid back personality was only countered by his actually impressive skill with the system, which caused mixed emotions in Ebony. Ebony was eventually reassigned to be Ziginzs back up which she feels was a great waste of her time and abilities. Even so, Ebony does what she can to assist the rider and only hopes that Sabers President knows what he is doing, even if it means gritting her teeth and working with a person she can’t stand.

A young member of the clan of Sanyor, an old a powerful clan within Fantasia who have cuased trouble for the people their for generations. They bare a unique and dangerous power, Phantasmal Forging, which allows them to create horrible monsters from the Aether. They often attacked the royal family openly to prove their power and on some occasions to rebel against those that called themselves rulers. They and their creations were more often then not beaten by the champions of Fantasia, the Kamen Rider Knights. When the royal family were driven out of Fantasia, the Sanyor emerged from the shadows to join Aesir in his conquest.
Kaede was raised to be a forger, and a servant of Aesir. She has a cold personality and doesn’t mind stabbing someone in the back for herself or her master. Roughly a year ago she was sent to the human world to find an capture the TicToc Watch. She was told that the watch would need time to awaken and it might be necessary to take it at a very specific time in a very specific way. Kaede was more then willing to take the mission, and left to the human world. Kaede took on the persona of a young school girl and attended a concert where Joan, the wielder of the watch, was playing. She became friends with the girl and began her false life as a human, waiting for the right moment to take what she was ordered to.
Her current Phantasm is called Rookal, and has not only great strength and agility, but also the ability to pass through solid objects. He cannot, however, solidify himself while using this power to pass through something. (So he can’t mess with internal organ of a victim or hit someone while still passing through an object.)
(NPC, an early enemy who isn’t realy supposed to last all that long. The clan however…)
