After talking with Magi, we both agree that it sounds way over powered...I'm going to have to ask you to tone it down a little.

Lets take a look at the abilities of your Rider...first of all:
Combining Diend and Decade into a single rider...and also having it so that h e can form any of their weapons? That sounds a little bit.....much....what I'm saying is...there needs to be a point where his powers cut off, and there needs to be a limiter placed somewhere.
Kamen Rider Savior is a Fusion Rider of Decade and Diend meaning that, Savior can not only transform to a Kamen Rider but, can also summon them as well. but, Instead of using the good Riders ( Den-O, W,etc), Savior uses the Dark Rider instead( Orga,Ryuga,etc)

Savior Driver : A DecaDriver like henshin belt expect can be used to transform to Kamen Rider Savior and Dark Riders like Dark Kiva.The Driver part can be removed and place on
Savior Blaster : Savior Main and Only weapon, when combine with the Driver it can summon the Kamen Riders using the cards Hikaru has collected. Also, when put in a Weapon Ride Card, it can change to any weapon of any Rider that he has collected.

Due to the fact that we are still in the midst of the holidays and New Year's Eve only a few days away will not be approving any profiles until Jan 2nd. This reason being that everyone may relax and take it easy, bit of a breather before the fun begins.
With this being have said and an agreement with my co-mod this will be put on temporarily hold. However, you're free to submit profiles (character or NPC) if you like, but please note that a decision will not be cast until the date stated.

Savior Den- O the part that we both agree should be focused on is the rider's abilities. The fact that you've combined Decade and Diend into a single rider is a tad bit over the top close to being god-mod. If you can fix that then you will be good to go.

What we're saying is: You need to add some kind of limiter or Cut off point to his powers. :thumbs:
