The Hoppers are a joke. They're about as bad-ass as Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern's characters from Home Alone.

idk the hoppers seemed so....useless....
I mean they fought well just had no clock up and only won due to the need to look awesome. I doubt they could beat the heat or metal dopant like Joker did.

I don't know how much influence Toei had in that game but also concidering that the Zecter were developed to defeat the worms...I say they have the ability to clock up

Their had to be a reason they always fought enemies that never used it. They were considered prototype zectors iirc.
But yeah with clock up they could probably beat Joker. Aside from that no.
