Kamen Rider Joker vs KickHopper & PunchHopper

Who do you think would win in a fight? Kamen Rider Joker or the Hopper Rider duo? I know it sounds like an unfair match, but you never know.

Edit: I didn't go with Ichigo and Nigo vs KickHopper and PunchHopper or Joker vs Black because it would seen too obvious to put up these posts and Joker vs Kick and Punch Hopper seemed like a more interesting match-up.

The Hoppers' debut, they destroyed Gatack & Kabuto. I'm sure they'd kill Joker... BUT Joker would put up one hell of a fight. I was shocked at how good Joker was.
