Kamen Rider has been overshadowing everything lately.

It was probably much harder and annoying than they originally thought.

Try it, you'll see. I did it for 4+ years and I never want to go back.

I'm sure it is hard and time-consuming. But I don't like when groups announce they're working on a show that hasn't gotten any attention before, dropping it soon after, and then get mad at the people who ask about it. If you say you're going to do something, you have to be sure you can do it and not leave the fans hanging, and also not begin new projects before old ones are done (Not counting shows that air at the same time, like Sentai and Rider). It's just common courtesy.

And newer shows hardly ever get dropped due to "real life" issues as do older ones.

I understand, and you're completely right. Groups should get a couple in the can to get a feel of it before releasing.

The reason new stuff doesn't get dropped as much is because everyone in the community wants it and bugs you about it the most, and subbers tend to want recognition in addition. So you aim to get the big new stuff out consistently.
