I like how the entire point of her getting the suit in the movie was to reinforce how useless she was(though Nago got whipped even harder)

Hard to count since she used Nago's Rider System and then gave it back...

On the other hand, there's also Akari/KR Amaki form Decade. Though she did die at some point, along with most of Decade's cast, and it was Ibuki's system, she finished the series alive and still a Rider.

I think the premise was that the belt was only worn by a female... Ixa and Delta were used by men. KR Ibuki which was used by Akira was previously used by the original Ibuki.
