Yes, especially when he makes his debut in Movie War Megamax and later on in the series. Where he might critize Gentaro for just being a joke, especially in the presence of the 7 Showa Riders, W, & OOO.

Maybe the rider will possess Zodiarts switches. His modules can be somehow... alien like. Think about it.

If he's an alien, he can somehow be disguising himself as a transfer student at Gentaro's school and maybe treat Gentaro that he (like you said) a joke and not worthy to be a Kamen Rider with that attitude. If he breaks into the rabbit hutch and goes into the computer scanning information on the zodiarts' switches and their forms, he can create his own rider system.

True. But she's another female rider like Kivala, Femme and Larc. That makes her the 4th.

The secondary rider, my idea, he could help Kengo make his body strong without being weak. And he doesn't think Gentaro is worthy of being Fourze. He would say... "Anyone who is stupid, weak and reckless... is not worthy of being called a Kamen Rider. They will fall and the strong... will survive!"
