How is it that bad? When we've seen a lot of blades attached to the feet which is a deadly combination with kicks? Haven't you seen assassin movies where a blade suddenly appears on the tip of the shoe? It's the same concept, only exaggerated.

There's a huge difference between a sleek blade, and a huge honking chainsaw sticking out of his foot. I would personally prefer it to be an arm weapon.

He also have a drill on his foot.. What's the difference between a drill and a chainsaw.

The drill looks hideous too. Maybe I just have an aversion to foot weapons.
