I still think 12 has a chance of being "Beat." There's a smudge above the ヒ character that makes it look like ビ, that would result it in it being beat.

Now that I look at it closer, the switch looks like a drum...

It's sort of like a "Toku-thing"- to shout "ONORE DEKEIDO", when something Toku or KR Decade related goes wrong/ looks like fail.
