No she's not. According to the summary for next week, other Kamen Rider Club members will get sent there as well, and I very much doubt that they're all going to be written out of the show. There has to be a way for them to come back.
I don't know if the next two episodes are setting up the defeat of Virgo, but
there were recent reports of fans seeing a Gentaro vs Sagittarius battle during filming, with Leo and Libra there but no Virgo.
and Sagittarius is being introduced next week, so it's possible. If it happens I can see something happening whereby Gentaro's friends are released but Virgo's defeat closes up the portal to the Dark Nebula, meaning that Sonoda/Kijima/Taurus can't get out.
Ah spoilers for the not yet subbed episode, Why am reading them. Seriously, I assumed it was a little bit early for that and expected the spoilers for 40 episode, but from what I caught before instantly reacting and averting my eyes from the text seem to be new stuff. Not blaming anyone, just kinda jealous, cause subs are yet to come, and I don't feel confident enough to watch raws despite me doing so twice already early in the Fourze run and not loosing any of the plot even with my crappy understanding of japanese.
So Emoto IS Tachibana, we can see him taking off the helmet posted a few pages ago. This means that Kengo's father is most probably dead. This also explains how Tachibana can come down to Earth, provide Ryusei with the Meteor Storm Switch, because Virgo can teleport. Also this means that Cancer's death was because of Ryusei revealing his identity as Meteor, so Tachibana/Virgo has no choice but to sacrifice Cancer, and sending him to the Dark Nebula himself (so basically Libra's illusion didn't trick Virgo at all, he knows what he's doing).
Also, Tachibana helped Fourze to be revived during the Aries arc, which means that Fourze AND Meteor are important to his plan. He's helping them to defeat Horoscopes, this can mean that the ultimate goal is to collect Horoscopes switches, so they find the right person, get the switch and dispose of the user.
Just one plot hole: Why does Virgo pretend he doesn't know Meteor back in the Pegasus arc? Unless he is lying and trying to make an excuse to see where Meteor's fighting power is at. It also might be that Virgo knew that Pegasus had the potential to turn into Cancer so he wants to toughen up Meteor to defeat Pegasus.
Either way I see Virgo as an enemy, trying to use Fourze and Meteor to complete the plan for him. You never know when Emoto says he doesn't want to be the moon, he probably wants to be the Sun and plan against Gamou as well. But I didn't think he's on KRC side, more like using them as a tool.

Is Cancer dead? Presumably we have to get Ryuusei and Tomoko back, so if they're still alive, there's no reason why Kijima (and Sonoda and Sugiura) wouldn't be. They'll probably just be drifting in space forever.

It might be a matter of time. Taurus, Nozama and Ryuusei are likely only staying there for a few days, while Kijima and the others would be there for months.

And also depends how the Dark Nebula works as well...they could pull out a explanation that time doesn't past there and you don't feel hunger or something like that but are aware the whole time, thus becoming the perfect punishment: Drifting in nothingness forever and you can't even die.
