Ture... but the only reason why Libra and Capricorn got the cut was because they prove their usefuness (Libra for now able to find Horoscope faster and Capricorn founded the Core Switch for him). For now, Erin did squat to allow Gamou to spare or brainwash her.

I am trying to imagine how. Kengo's sickness may causw her to contiuning to heal him, which may tip Gamou that he has it but kids get sick a lot that it is natural and gamou could just look at his health records

Well yeah, but what if her healing makes it worse? It could give Gamou some hints on who has the Core Switch. Not to mention, Kengo's 'sickness' is abnormal than others, even the first episode says so!
